Business & Community Connect — Your Neighborhood Open-House

Business & Community Connect is more than a vendor event—it's a neighborhood open-house designed to help residents discover the businesses, services, and resources that already exist within their community.

Our goal is simple: create a welcoming environment where conversations happen naturally, relationships are built, and people leave with a greater awareness of the opportunities available close to home.

Unlike traditional vendor fairs, we take an intentional approach to participant selection. Each event is thoughtfully curated to include a diverse mix of businesses, organizations, and resource partners. By limiting excessive overlap between industries, we aim to create a balanced experience that allows vendors to stand out, represent their field, and engage with attendees in a more meaningful way.

Vendor giveaway entries provide participating vendors with an opportunity to win a vendor participation credit equal to the value of a Standard Vendor package for a future Business & Community Connect event. Winners may apply the credit toward a higher vendor package by paying the remaining package difference at the time of registration. Giveaway entries are assigned based on selected vendor package tiers. Winners will be selected at random following the event and contacted directly using the information provided during registration. Giveaway credits are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

Vendor applications are reviewed to ensure a balanced and engaging event experience. Approved vendors will receive payment instructions to confirm participation.

Due to limited availability, vendor fees must be submitted within 48 hours of approval unless otherwise communicated. Unpaid approvals may be released to other applicants.
